Directions
Spray on scalp—one section at a time—massaging in to ensure even distribution.
Do not rinse.
Blow-dry and style as usual.
For maximum results, use before you go to bed at night, then again the next day.

Love this serum! I have pairing this with the intense repair shampoo and have definitely noticed growth and repair in my hair! I have thick but fine, bleached hair so I experience a lot of dryness and breakage. I apply this serum in the mornings before or after style as well as before bed. What I love most about this serum is that for a SERUM, it doesn't make your hair oily at all and I have an oily scalp! I can literally spray this on my hair every morning and night for 2-3 days without washing and it doesn't get oily. It almost seems to style better and make it fuller looking after I spray it, too. A little pricy for such a small bottle, but is definitely worth it. I keep this on lock in my flexship!
